The Workshop will be delivered by Gill Keogh over 5 hours in 2x sessions starting at:
10.00 to 13.00 (for 3 hours) &
14.00 to 16.00 (for 2 hours)

 

Proposed Programme:

Session 1: 10.00AM to 1.00PM:

10.00AM to 11.30 - Warm ups followed by Chan Si Gong - Silk Reeling 1 & 2 (single; double; forward & backward)

11.30AM to 1.00PM - Open Hand Form: Laojia (Old frame)

1.00 to 2.00PM: Please bring your own PACKED LUNCH for BREAK in hall- Tea & Coffee provided

 

Session 2:
2.00 to 4.00PM - Standing before Push Hands & / or weapons:

Sabre; Spear; or Sword Form - please say what is preferred

 

Open to ALL - Taijiquan Students
 

Future date will cost: €40 for the whole workshop

when paid in advance (€8 per hour)

OR
 

€50 for the whole workshop -

€30 for morning session; €20 for afternoon session

when PAID ON DAY (€10 per hour)
